吉野川医療センターの初期研修医の皆さんの研修医講座の3日目、この日は鎖骨下静脈CVCと胸腔穿刺ドレナージを行いました。
鎖骨下CVC挿入術は肺を誤穿刺しない方法を、胸腔ドレナージ実習では廃液瓶への簡便な接続方法やアスピレーションキットの原理から実践まで、いろいろ体験して学んでもらいました。
